I give my explicit consent for my name, contact details and questionnaire answers provided in the request form, as described in the Privacy Notice:

• to be stored on hosting servers in the Russian Federation (Beget);
• to be passed to the personal consultant who will answer my request, including where the consultant is located outside Türkiye.

I understand that there is no adequacy decision of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board for these countries and that my data may not be protected at the level applicable in Türkiye. I can withdraw my consent at any time by writing to info@lifebysea.com; withdrawal does not affect actions taken before it.
